About us

Clarendon Counselling offers open-ended, one to one support to adults 18+ in need of help or guidance. The service is offered privately to individuals and also as an enhancement to existing provisions within a wide range of support services.

Extensive support has been offered to charities, private sector support services, and the NHS to provide a high level of tailored assistance to a diverse range of clients and needs. This has helped develop a deeper understanding of the variety of issues affecting individuals in our communities and allowed a particular passion to develop in issues relating to domestic abuse and narcissistic relationships, anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The service is on the accredited register with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Clarendon Counselling is committed to the development of other professional therapists, offering regular supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors as well as coaching to newly qualified practitioners to ensure good quality service provision to anyone in need of therapy. The service itself is committed to continued professional development and has been involved in the provision of training to other therapists.

“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.”
